Intervention strategy in the mining and energy sector of the United Nations Development Programme – UNDP in Colombia

Alisos worked hand in hand with the UNDP to create the Strategy for intervention in the mining and energy sector taking into account the vision of the organization in Colombia, its long history and the projection of this in the country as an agent of growth and development. The strategy is the result of a compilation of information from secondary sources and a joint and coordinated work between the different areas of UNDP Colombia in working groups that resulted in four strategic pillars, three vertical and one cross-cutting: The territorial vision of development, peacebuilding and multisectoral dialogue, institutional strengthening and information and knowledge management.
